Policy guide
Chhattisgarh State Logistics Policy 2025
The policy that covers warehouses, cold storages, logistics parks and related facilities in the state, with its own definitions of eligible investment and its own incentive heads. Rates and limits are confirmed against the notification for each project.
Storage and logistics facilities are not treated as ordinary manufacturing under the state framework. The State Logistics Policy 2025 defines the facility types it covers, sets minimum size and investment conditions for each, and provides incentives calculated on eligible fixed capital investment with rules specific to this kind of asset: the share of land that counts, the cap on building cost per square foot of built-up area, and the treatment of equipment.
Because a warehouse's cost is mostly land and shed, these valuation rules decide the incentive more than the headline percentage does. We model them before the promoter buys the land.
